Let’s be frank, there are many limitations of an aging body. 

At Golden Yogis we meet many students with at least one if not more of the following conditions;


•    high blood pressure
•    heart disease
•    diabetes
•    insomnia
•    muscle weakness
•    failure of various sense organs i.e. eyesight, deafness and sense of balance
•    osteoporosis/susceptible to bone fractures, chest and urinary infections
•    poor circulation and digestion
•    osteoarthritis/restricted mobility and joint stiffness
•    degenerative diseases of the brain and other organs i.e. prostate

 

MENTAL LEVEL


Since Golden Yogis looks at each individual in a holistic way, we also want you to know that we are aware of the aging process on a mental level: 
•    failing memory
•    difficulty in learning
•    poor concentration, reasoning and logic
•    inflexible thinking process

SOCIAL & EMOTIONAL LEVEL


On a social and emotional level there might be concerns with:
