Greetings Yogi's,

As we head ever so closer to the end of year, it is a great time to stop and reflect on the year gone by...

For myself 2018 did come with some challenges, in business, in family life and a few other trials along the way.

I can't say it hasn't been a tough year, but I am also so incredibly grateful for the lessons I've been taught and the constant opportunities to get to know myself more deeply and honestly.

That said as my own yoga practice evolves, it is so evident how it has helped me enormously this year.

With the ability to accept what ever comes, to have the capacity to just 'breathe' through life's tough moments is the key to sailing through the rough waters we sometimes find ourselves in.

'When you own your breath, nobody can steal your peace' :)

It is my passion and joy to continuously share the practice of yoga with you and your children!

And guess what, 2019 will mark the year FIVE anniversary since me and Carly started our beloved Yoga & Art Workshops! New inspiration and intentions are still flowing and we can't wait to see where it takes us.

I do remember the very initial idea and excited conversations we had of uniting

YOGA with real skilful ART, and we both knew we were to start something magical!

The Yoga & Art workshops have allowed us to grow further as teachers and people.

Carly and myself have met so many amazing and beautiful souls over the years, it simply never ceases to

blow us away what wisdom, creativity and kindness the children so openly share.

This is the real magic, your children!
